Yes. The purchase is tied to your Naylo account, not to the device. If you buy on an iPhone and switch to Android later, you simply sign in there.

Yes. Premium is tied to the household, not to the person. One person pays, everyone in the pack gets the full set of features.

Through the subscription settings of your App Store or Play Store — where all your subscriptions are. We can’t end it for you, because billing runs through the stores.

The one-off purchase is not a subscription and doesn’t need cancelling.

You do. We don’t sell data and we don’t run ads. Naylo makes money from Premium and nothing else — there is no second stream we could earn from.

Yes, right in the app under Profile. Deleting removes your account along with the data belonging to it.

Yes. Without an account there would be no pack — and without a pack Naylo would be a notes app. It takes an email address and a password; the address is confirmed once.

No, and it isn’t meant to. Naylo records what happened — nothing more. The poo consistency scale does say “ask the vet” at either end, but that is a hint, not a diagnosis. If you are worried about your animal, you go to the vet, not into an app.
