Accessibility statement

The German version is the authoritative one. This translation is provided to help you read the text. Only the German wording is legally binding: go to the German version.
What this is about
We want this website to be usable by everyone — with a mouse, with a keyboard, with screen magnification and with a screen reader. This statement describes where we stand honestly, including the points that are still open.
The framework of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) applies to us from the moment we sell Naylo Premium to consumers. We are building the site to that standard from the start rather than patching it up later.
Standard we aim for
WCAG 2.1 level AA.
What we have implemented
- Contrast. Every colour pairing used in the design has been checked by calculation. The check runs as a script on every change and fails before anything unreadable goes live. It also tests combinations that are deliberately barred — such as white type on the brand orange, which only reaches 2.8:1.
- Colour is never on its own. Every activity and every status is expressed through colour, an icon and a word. If you find colours hard to tell apart, you lose no information.
- Keyboard. Every control can be reached with the keyboard, and the order matches the visible
layout. The focus is visible everywhere;
outline: noneappears nowhere. A skip link leads straight to the content. - Tap targets are at least 44 × 44 pixels.
- Forms have visible labels — no placeholders used as labels. Errors appear beneath the field in question, with an icon and text, and the focus jumps to the first field with an error.
- Structure. Heading levels follow one another without jumps; the building blocks of the site require the level as a mandatory setting, so that it can’t slip by accident.
- Motion lasts no longer than 350 milliseconds. If you have “reduce motion” set in your operating system, you get no transitions. There is no carousel, nothing flashing, no autoplay.
- Zoom. The site stays usable up to 200 % magnification and down to 320 pixels wide, without scrolling sideways. Zoom is not blocked.
- Language is declared in the document.
What has not been checked yet
- There has been no audit by an external body and no testing with people who rely on assistive technology.
- A test with VoiceOver and NVDA across the whole site is still outstanding.
- The Naylo app is not covered by this statement. It will be assessed separately before it appears in the stores.
Feedback
If you come across a barrier, please write to [email protected]. Where you can, say which page it concerns and what you are using to operate it. We usually reply within a few working days.
